110-300-0165(2)(a) Infant Room: there was tape around waterbottles accessible to the children. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Toddler 3 room: there were plastic bags accessible in the restroom. Preschool 1 Room: zip loc bags accessible in cabinets. Pre-K Room: Plastic Bags in personal belongings and zip loc bags in the cabinets accessible. 110-300-0165(3)(a) outdoor licensed area: there are bolts around the fence corners sticking towards licensed area. 110-300-0165(3)(c) Toddler 1 room: cabinets under sink are locked but when pulled there is a gap that is easily a pinching hazard. Toddler 2 room- cabinet under changing table cabinets are locked but when pulled there is a gap that is a pinching hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(f) infant room: cabinet near entrance is easily tipping hazard. Toddler 3 room: white cabinet near play kitchen is not latched on to the wall and could be easily tipped over. 110-300-0165(4)(e) Toddler 1 Room- water measuremenets temperature Sink#1: 136 Fahrenheit.
